Click Start, highlight Settings, then click Control Panel. 2. Double-click System. 3. Click Device Manager. 4. Double-click CD-ROM. 5. Click on the Lite-On CD-ROM. 6. Click Properties. 7. Click Settings. To determine the firmware level of your CDROM using NT4.0 1. Click Start, highlight Settings, then click Control Panel. 2. Click SCSI Adapters. 3. Expand all options until you see the CD-ROM. Click on the CD-ROM. 4. Click Properties. 5. Click Settings. Under Windows 2000 1. Remove the cover screws. 2. Remove the cover. 3. Remove the CD-ROM. 4.
